What is your major musical influence?
My early musical experiences always revolved around singing at Church whether it be singing in the congregation as a teenage alto, or playing guitar and the drums. When I began to study music at university, I was in awe of the abundant amount of educators and conductors had to make excellent music and to push me to continue to build my own strengths as a musician.
Which performance should people come and hear, and why?
Every year I look forward to the performance on Good Friday. It is a time to reflect on the passion of Christ and immerse into the solemn yet striking music that has been set for this day.
